Terms & Conditions

We offer a wide range of digital solutions, including but not limited to:

• Graphic Design Services: Logo creation, branding, web design, print materials, social media graphics, packaging, advertisements, and custom illustrations.
• Social Media Services: Content creation, strategy development, community management, paid ads, analytics, influencer partnerships, platform optimization, and audience engagement.
• YouTube Services: Video production, editing, channel optimization, thumbnail design, SEO, and analytics.
• Digital Marketing Services: SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media management, email campaigns, affiliate marketing, and conversion optimization.
• Web Design Services: Responsive website creation, UI/UX design, eCommerce development, and app development.

• The Client must provide clear, accurate, and timely information required for the completion of services. Any delays or incomplete information may result in delays to the project timeline.
• The Client is responsible for ensuring they own the rights to any content provided to the Company, such as images, logos, and text, or they have permission to use such content.

• All services are subject to the payment terms agreed upon in the project proposal or contract.
• Payments must be made in full or according to the agreed payment schedule. Failure to make payments on time may result in delays or suspension of services.

• We offer a specified number of revisions as outlined in the service agreement. Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
• Deliverables are provided according to the project timeline. Any changes to the timeline will be communicated in advance.

• The Client retains ownership of any materials provided to the Company for the purpose of completing the project. Once full payment has been made, the Client will own the final design, unless otherwise agreed upon.
• We retain the right to showcase the Client’s work as part of our portfolio, unless otherwise specified in writing.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This includes business strategies, designs, and other sensitive information.

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material terms of the agreement.
• In the event of termination, the Client will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

• We will not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Our liability will be limited to the total amount paid for the services rendered.

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Design EditX against any claims, damages or liabilities arising from the use of the services provided.

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By engaging in any of our services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client, and continued use of our services will be considered acceptance of those changes.
